Well, honestly i cope by doing things i like to do that keep me mind off of things. I draw, read ,write. Or I (weird) bounce a small ball against my front door. I do that repeatedly and its a comfort thing. Just like twlirling my hair or chewing on my nail. But when I bounce the ball i go off into my own little world. :) It makes me feel better, to get a away from this messed up world even for a couple of minutes.
