Can i keep an otocinclus in a 5 gallon?

i knows its small but so are they and all i've seent tem do it stick to the wall and hang there... If I could, what would I feed them? I dont have any algae in my tank but they are really cool so would they settle for the aqariun sinking algae chips? are they aggressive?
